2. Description of Service

Nuvixtra provides enterprise WordPress development, consulting, and maintenance services. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service, and any service or material we provide on the website, in our sole discretion without notice.

3. User Obligations

When you create an account or engage our services, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account or service agreement.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties. Project-based work requires a 50% deposit unless otherwise specified in your Master Services Agreement (MSA).

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nuvixtra and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Nuvixtra.
